Correct the sample issues or replace the activities with your own. In Excel, choose Save As → CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited).

If Excel opens the sample in one column, use Data → From Text/CSV and select Comma as the delimiter. The CSV and findings are processed in browser memory, not uploaded or saved. Maximum 512 KB and 500 activities. To recheck, correct the CSV in Excel, clear these results and select the saved file again.
This tool checks only the activities you select. It cannot verify accountable authority, evidence, live execution or production readiness. Your authorised team retains responsibility for formal decisions.
